DESIGN
Each townhome has been carefully planned to remain agile to the ebbs and flows of life, crafted to fit discerning lifestyles through tailored interiors. Texture, colour, spatial planning and the inclusion of countless details that support life’s daily moments have shaped timelessly relevant homes for ritual, relaxation and entertaining.
Harnessing the sophistication of Parisian interiors, the Saint Germain Muted Green palette is defined as effortless chic, with an overarching design clarity. Details such as fluted glass, subtle cabinetry profiles and joinery introduce a bespoke quality which conjures an atmosphere of cultured refinement.
Extending and complimenting the antipodean nature of the muted green palette are stylish inclusions such as brushed brass hardware and tapware, brass shower screen surrounds and a lightness of wall and floor finishes which allow the green tone of the joinery and gilded accents to sing.
Saint Germain’s Classic palette presents a strong monochromatic design language anchored by sophistication. A combination of warm whites and soft blacks instil bold elegance which is further elevated by matte black tapware, contemporary cupboard profiles, black tiling in bathrooms and black framed kitchen and bathroom glazing which takes cues from windows throughout each townhome.
Fusing the enduring elegance of black and white with clean, contemporary details, the Classic palette compliments myriad personal styles, carrying minimalism while tempering the boldly expressive.
Defined by archetypal Australian interior styles, the Modern colour scheme draws on the natural landscape to create homes of native beauty. Clean, pared-back spaces are defined by cohesive timber floors and integrated joinery which seeks to bring the outside in.
References to stone tiles and black accents to tapware and shower screen surrounds add strength of character in direct contrast to the imperfect rawness of each of the elements but brought together by composition.
